Mr. Ordorica is Managing Partner of ALIGNMEX Partners. Mr. Ordorica is a strong strategic thinker, with more than 30 years of hands-on experience in real estate finance, investments and investment management. He is a world class risk manager and investment professional - highly regarded for his judgment and integrity.

Under his leadership, ALIGNMEX Partners offers a forward looking solution to local and foreign institutional real estate investors insterested in capitalizing on the opportunities offered by the Mexican real estate market. With ALIGNMEX Partners, clients benefit benefit from having an experienced local firm with a global mindset that is dynamically managed to reflect the realities of changing market conditions.

Prior to establishing ALIGNMEX Partners in 2013, Mr. Ordorica was the CEO of PREI Latin America, the Latin America real estate investment and advisory business of Prudential Financial, which under his leadership sponsored 8 commingled funds, had an active presence in Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Argentina and Peru and invested more than $8 billion in Latin America, between 2001 and 2012. Before going PREI Latin America, Mr. Ordorica was the Senior Latin America Advisor and Head of Latin America in the Global Real Estate Investment Banking Group of JPMorgan.

Mr. Ordorica's professional and academic achievements have been recognized by his appointment to the Mexican Society for Geography and Statistics. In 2006, Real Estate Forum named Mr. Ordorica among the. next generation of leaders in the global real estate industry, focusing on real estate professionals under 40.

Mrs. Lopez-Velarde is a Partner at ALIGNMEX Partners. Mrs. Lopez-Velarde was born and raised in Mexico City. Mrs. Lopez-Velarde holds a BBA degree in Hotel Management with a specialization in Finance from Les Roches International School of Hotel Management in Switzerland and a Master's Degree in Finance and Hotel Management from New York University.

Mrs. Lopez Velarded has more than 15 years of experience in client relations, administration, and finance at various companies in different countries around the world. Prior to joining ALIGNMEX Partners, Mrs. Lopez-Velarde served as a senior executive at Littler Mendelson Mexico, one of the world's leading labor consulting firms, where she served as Finance Coordinator.

Paola Cruz

Mrs. Rios is a Partner at ALIGNMEX Partners. Mrs. Rios was born and raised in Mexico City. Mrs. Rios has over 23 years of experience in accounting and taxes, across various regulatory companies and accounting firms.

Prior to joining the ALIGNMEX Partners, Mrs. Rios worked for more than 8 years at Genworth Financial, a provider of mortgage credit risk insurance, where she held senior positions in the Controller's practice area. During this time, Mrs. Rios was actively involved in the processes for obtaining the insurance license from the National Commission of Insurance and Sureties, as well as in implementing information technologies for financial reporting and compliance with Solvency II regulations.

Mr. Enriquez is a Senior Partner at ALIGNMEX Partners. Mr. Enriquez was born and raised in Mexico City. Mr. Enriquez is an Architect with a Graduate Diploma on Architectonic Design and a Master’s Degree in Finance, all from ITESM. He has also concluded different studies on Portfolio Management and Economic Trends in Real Estate at MIT, as well as a Graduate Diploma as Real Estate Appraiser at UNAM.

Prior to joining ALIGNMEX Partners, Mr. Enriquez was a Financial Advisory Manager for the Real Estate practice at Deloitte, and he was the Head of Investment Research at PREI Latin America, the real estate investment business of Prudential Financial. In this capacity, Mr. Enriquez was responsible for the real estate and economic research for the region. Formerly, he worked for Banamex (at that time, part of Citi), as a Real Estate Sr. Advisor in the Collateral and Risk Management department, where he was responsible for the feasibility studies and the review of real estate appraisals performed for the loan origination and management, ensuring the compliance with the credit programs and policies of the bank.

Leadership

Mrs. Cruz is a Partner at ALIGNMEX Partners. Mrs. Cruz was born and raised in Mexico City. Mrs. Cruz has over 20 years of experience in real estate portfolio, property and asset management.

Prior to joining the ALIGNMEX Partners, Mrs. Cruz worked for more than 6 years at Grupo O'Donnell as Director of Asset Management, where she was responsible for the firm's industrial portfolio. During this time, Mrs. Cruz was actively involved in the stabilization of the firm's industrial portfolio, maintaining a 90 percent occupancy rate, between 2012 and 2018. Prior to joining Grupo O'Donnell, Mrs. Cruz was an Associate at Prudential Real Estate Investors, where she was responsible for the Industrial Portfolio Fund II.

Mrs. Cruz is a graduate of the Instituto Tecnologico Autonomous de Mexico (ITAM) with a degree in Applied Mathematics and a Master's in Business Administration (MBA).

Mr. Magaña is a Senior Partner at ALIGNMEX Partners. Mr. Magaña was born and raised in Mexico City. He completed his primary education at the American School of Mexico City. He later graduated from Vista Hermosa High School. He pursued his university studies at Universidad Iberoamericana, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, graduating with honors. Subsequently, he obtained a Master's degree in Construction Engineering and Management from Stanford University in Palo Alto, CA.

Prior to establishing ALIGNMEX Partners, Mr. Magaña served as a senior executive at PREI Latin America, Pulte, Hines, and Grupo Marhnos. As Head of Portfolio Management for PREI Latin America in Mexico, he was responsible for the development, legal, financial, and marketing teams, which managed PREI Latin America's real estate investment portfolio in Mexico.
